The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to prosecution case, this petitioner along with two others looted Rs. 9,000/- from the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. He is in custody since 07.04.2017. Though six other cases are pending against him but he has been enlarged on bail on all those cases. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
