2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner and other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant and thereafter, this petitioner forcibly solemnized marriage with her.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case and specifically stated that against her will, this petitioner put vermilion and solemnized marriage with her. The Court below has assessed the age of the victim, as 15 years.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, age of the victim and 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
