2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted with iron rod to one Kaushalya Devi, causing injury on her leg. Doctor has found no external injury on Kaushalya Devi. There is land dispute between the parties. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail
