In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2013 for offence under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the Bolero jeep of the Informant was parked in front of his house and it was stolen away. When he learnt that some vehicle lifters were arrested by the police then he approached to the police station where he could know that the petitioner is also one of the persons who are involved in the said episode.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing against the petitioner and the court below only on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10031 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 basis of First Information Report has rejected the bail of the petitioner.

It is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Dharmendra Rai @ Dharmendra Kumar is rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will pass order without being prejudiced in any manner by this order of rejection of anticipatory bail of the petitioner. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
