JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 A show cause reply has been filed on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board stating therein that this Court's order has been complied with and the result of the petitioner has been declared as 'pass' with first Division. It has also been stated that the mark-sheets and the provisional certificate of the petitioner has also been sent to the petitioner's College, i.e., R.K. College, Madhubani on 06.09.2018.

Considering the said statement made in the show cause reply, this application is disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, has submitted that the College authorities are denying to have received any communication from the Bihar School

Patna High Court MJC No.664 of 2019(3) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 Examination Board about publication of the revised result. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Secretary of the Board and the Principal of the College, in this regard.

The Court expects that the petitioner will not be subjected to any further sufferance and she is handed over such documents, which she is entitled to receive, forthwith. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) arun/- U
