ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 16.1.2015.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, the Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 16.1.2015 in connection with C.R. No. 818 of 2010 to the satisfaction of Sri K. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1630 of 2015 (3) dt.19-08-2015 The amount of Rs.750/- to be paid to the Opposite Party No. 2 as directed earlier by this Court, is increased to Rs.1,000/- per month.
