ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.69 of 2012 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 363A and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material worth so as to implicate the petitioner in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that rather a false and improbable story has been carved out only to implicate the petitioner and damage his image in the society. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the complaint case has been lodged against the petitioner after an

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there being no cogent material in the case diary so as to implicate the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.69 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
