This is a case registered under section 393/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation made in the FIR of snatching the motorcycle of the informant.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and he alongwith two co-accused persons have been implicated in this case merely on suspicion and he has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case. He also submits that chargesheet has already been submitted in the said case and he is in custody since 25.03.2017.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- VIth, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 59/17.
