This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 20.10.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13161 of 2020, whereby the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail and were directed to appear before the learned Court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18714 of 2021(2) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks extension of time for the petitioners to appear before the Court below by virtue of the said order dated 20.10.2020 as they could not appear within the time prescribed due to certain unforeseen circumstances as explained in the petition. Considering the averments made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 20.10.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13161 of 2020, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
This application is allowed with the modification as above.
