The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No.11 of 2016, a case under Sections 341/307/379/504/506 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2017.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he had caused fracture injury at the hands of the injured. Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8551 of 2018 (2) dt.13-02-2018 P2/ the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
