2. This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 6754 of 2018 which stood dismissed for default due to non-compliance of the order dated 11.07.2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owing to illness at the relevant time, compliance of the order dated 11.07.2018 could not be made within time. It is stated however that the defect in question has since been removed.

4. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and CWJC No.6754 of 2018 is restored to its original file.
