Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution's case, in brief, is that the petitioner and other accused persons subjected the informant's daughter to cruelty for non-fulfilment of dowry and finally they killed her and disposed the dead body secretly.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion, though there is no specific allegation against her. Petitioner happens to be Gotini of the deceased. She lives separately, as such she is no way concerned with the affairs of the victim and her husband, who is already in custody. It is also submitted that in fact after death of the victim her mother had made illegal demand and on refusal the instant false case has been lodged against the accused persons. Nothing incriminating has come against the petitioner during investigation to connect him with the alleged occurrence.

No.11607 of 2020(2) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Gaya in Paraiya Police Station Case No. 131 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
