The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 67(A) of I.T. Act.

Allegedly, the petitioner including the other persons used to send filthy messages and obscene photos on the informant's mobile by using her facebook I.D. which caused her humiliation in society.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16-01-2020. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 877 of 2019.
