JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act. A loaded country-made pistol was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2017 and the matter is of false implication. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail after completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27100 of 2017 (3) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui/Successor Court, in connection with Simultalla P.S. Case No.5 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
