Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
Submission of the petitioner on oath in para 6 of the bail petition is that the house from where firearm was recovered is not of the petitioner.
If the aforesaid submission is correct, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Punpun Police Station Case No. 153 of 2017, subject to the condition that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3068 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
The inquiry regarding the aforesaid must be completed within one month positively.
