The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 520 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that grand-daughter of the informant, against the wish of the family members, married with the petitioner, a member of other community, and one day her dead body was found thrown by the side of the road and the informant suspected that petitioner has killed his granddaughter. Submission is that there was no reason of killing his wife by the petitioner rather it appears otherwise as petitioner married with the grand-daughter of the informant against desire

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11307 of 2018(4) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 of her family members and they had some grudge because of marriage between two different communities.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Md. Kalim @ Kutumji @ Kanchheda, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
