JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Saroj Kumar Sharma, learned AC to AAG-III, this Court is of the considered opinion that this petition, in absence of the complete foundation of facts, is not fit to proceed. This Court has gathered an impression that the petitioner is looking for
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.29 of 2021(3) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 certain documents/informations in respect of one Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 1988. He prays for a direction upon the concerned authority to furnish a copy of the relevant document order/judgment or to give an information related to the status/position of Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 47 of 1988 (Bahadurganj G.R. No. 438/88), if the case is pending against the petitioner.
In the entire writ petition there is not a single line saying that the petitioner had ever applied for getting the status/position of the said case in the learned court below. It is not his case that he was not involved in that case. He is not saying a single word that at any point of time he had applied for the certified copy of the judgment/order of the court. In such circumstances, this Court finds that it is a completely misconceived kind of application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
