2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Kalyanpur P. S. Case No. 399 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 64(1), 303(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner committed rape upon the daughter of the informant and made video of the incident. It is further alleged that petitioner also threatened informant to kill his family members and make the video viral on social media. During investigation, victim in her statement, recorded under Section 183 BNSS, supported the involvement
