JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 In view of the stand taken by the respondents in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit, the present writ petition has lost its utility and it has now become infructuous. The statements made in paras 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit are as follows:- "6. That the promotion Committee admitted the case of the petitioner and granted him the pay scale of Graduate Trained who in service in Matric Trained Scale by the then authority. A photo copy of the Memo No. 923(Ni), dated 16.05.2017 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A to this counter affidavit.

7. That since the grievances of the petitioner has been met at par right his junior teachers and thus it
