2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 262 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. The petitioner was caught inside the house of Puppu Ray and from there 21.730 kg of ganja has been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2024 and claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the huge recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
