"i) For direction to the respondents to add the name of the petitioner for the panel of the supplier list.

ii) For direction to the respondents to take supply of the petitioner."

The contents of the writ petition do not reflect as to what the petitioner seeks to supply to the Bank of India. The supplier to the bank is essentially a contractor and the terms of the contract governs such relations. The writ petition would not lie for such purpose.
