Miss. Mahasweta Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the submits that the petitioner is to retire in November, 2020.

In the present application, the order of transfer dated 4.2.2019, Annexure-3 has been challenged. The order was considered by this Court on 19.4.2019 and status quo was granted.

Miss Chatterjee submits that the petitioner is still continuing in the school and he is to retire in November, 2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner is to retire in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4504 of 2019(7) dt.25-08-2020 2/2 November, 2020 Annexure-3 which is impugned in the present case which has not been acted upon as yet is accordingly quashed. The respondents are directed to allow the petitioner to continue in Rajkiya Ambedkar +2 Aawasiya Uchha Vidyalaya, Buxar.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands allowed and disposed of.
