ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 16.1.2015.

In view of the nature of dispute between the Parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 16.1.2015 in Complaint Case No. 858C of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

The amount of Rs.750/- to be paid to the Opposite

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1151 of 2015 (3) dt.19-08-2015 Party No. 2 as directed earlier, is increased to Rs.1,500/- per month.
