JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 By filing the present application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 11.01.2008 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in GR No. 1825 of 2007 corresponding to Tr. No. 3275 of 2014, whereby the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
