1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sri Krishna Puri P.S. Case no. 474 of 2023 registered under sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, a stolen scooty was recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which on inquiry, he did not produce any documents. On inquiry it was disclosed by the petitioner that he had also given the stolen vehicles to co-accused Sumit Kumar and one Azad Rajak. On raid being conducted a stolen vehicle was also recovered from the possession of Azad Rajak.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. Co-accused Sumit Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 22.2.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no.10002 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 2.11.2023 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, his being in custody for 5 months since 2.11.2023 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sri Krishna Puri P.S. Case no. 474 of 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
