Case No. 730 of 2019 dated 08.12.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a), 41(i) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act in which he is in custody since 03.01.2020.

45 litres of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from roadside and the name of the petitioner though finds mention in the FIR, but such implication is on the basis of information provided by villagers.

The petitioner was earlier made accused in a case of similar nature, but he was granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid case.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is

No.11390 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Excise Saran, Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 730 of 2019.
