JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a); of the Excise Act. From the hutment of the petitioner, 608 Liters of country made liquor, 1.3 liters of beer and 180 M.L. of foreign liquor were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the hutment which is joint family property. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the quantity of recovery, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten
