The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7339 of 2021(2) dt.24-09-2021 2/2 Sitamarhi to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner bearing Supply Appeal No. 83 of 2019. The learned counsel for the RespondentState, Sri Alok Ranjan (AC to AAG-5), has got no objection in case a direction is issued for disposal of the aforesaid Supply Appeal No. 83 of 2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi to dispose of the aforesaid Supply Appeal No. 83 of 2019, filed by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, in case the same has not already been disposed of.
