JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. As per the F.I.R. wife of this petitioner has been found dead at her matrimonial house in unnatural circumstances. The uncle of the deceased, informant of this case alleged the demand of dowry and torture for the same and that was result of commission of dowry death.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no other witness including the mother of the deceased have supported allegation of illegal demand rather the witness of her neighborhood stated before the police that due to quarrel with her husband for dispute to attend the marriage of the sister of the family of the husband allegedly committed suicide.

No.25272 of 2017 (3) dt.29-06-2017 Considering the fact that there is no prima facie material supported by any of the independent witnesses to substantiate the dowry death, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.,-1, Supaul in Marauna P.S.
