In case, the petitioner files representation/ revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The revisional authority shall also be obliged to examine the aforesaid issue raised by the petitioner. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
