The limited relief prayed for in this writ petition is for appropriate direction to the Collector under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 which in the present case is the Circle Officer, Durgawati, Kaimur at Bhabua to conclude the Encroachment Case No.40 of 2013-14.

Patna High Court CWJC No.752 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 Considering the nature of relief prayed, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Durgawati, Kaimur at Bhabua to consider and dispose of the Encroachment Case No.40 of 2013-14 in accordance with law and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the encroachers and the affected parties, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from today.
