2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 162, 163, 115(2), 126(2), 121(1), 121(2), 109, 132, 309(5), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 1.8.24 informant who was posted as officer incharge of Sahebganj P.S. along with other police persons had gone to arrest Tinku Kumar and Deepak Kumar where this petitioner along with other accused persons surrounded the police force and helped the arrested persons to flee. It is further alleged that the accused persons beat the police personnel and also tried to snatch the service revolver.
