The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhadurganj P.S. Case No. 269 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the girl had committed suicide because of frustration on account of dispute with her father. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, he is brother-in-law of the deceased and only because he used to reprimand her, the present petitioner is facing prosecution. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his

No.10571 of 2016 (3) dt.06-05-2016 arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bhadurganj P.S.
