2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2013 for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 365, 367 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by this Court in its order dated 23.06.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 4471 of 2014.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
