Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is relation of the husband of the victim. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same, general and omnibus allegation against all the family members and some of the relations including the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2498 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Daudnagar Police Station Case No.252 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
