Petitioner filed this petition for initiation of contempt proceeding against the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi for his willful disobedience of order dated 08.08.2014 passed in M.J.C. No.6280 of 2013.

By order dated 08.08.2014 this court disposed of the contempt petition as arrears of salary had already been paid to

Patna High Court MJC No.199 of 2015(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 the petitioner and there was no further direction. Therefore, I find that no case is made out to proceed against the opposite party. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U
