ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2023 Learned counsel for the respondents has prayed that the petitioner has alternative remedy by filing Revision petition against the impugned order dated 13.03.2021 under Rule 32( V) before the Divisional Commissioner.

Having regard to the same, the petitioner is directed to file his Revision petition before the said authority within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the said Revision petition shall be decided on its own merit.

It is needless to say that the authority will pass the order in the Revision petition within the period of eight weeks thereof.
