JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in order dated 10.01.2014 passed in CWJC no.8444/2013 this court did not give any finding on the payment of interest on delayed payment of GPF, though prayer had been made in the above stated writ petition. It is further submitted that this petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition for interest on GPF on account of delayed payment.

With the aforesaid liberty, this MJC stands disposed of. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) shahid U T
