2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 69, 351, 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66(C), 66(D) and 67 of the Information and Technology Act.

3. From the FIR, it appears to be a consensual sex between two consenting adults.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 19.08.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi/ concerned Court in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024.
