Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 341, 342, 323, 337, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.
Specific allegation of commission of assault with Farsa is against co-accused and petitioners-Roshan Yadav and Rohit Yadav. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. Petitioners are in custody since 01.11.2017. There is case and counter case.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2600 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jai Nagar Police Station Case No.367 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
