Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 307 & 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

While the informant was going to purchase medicine from his village, on the way petitioner along with 8-10 other miscreants is said to have stopped the informant and assaulted him sustaining injury on his head. They also snatched his golden chain.

He has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no direct allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the informant. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he snatched the golden chain of the informant. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 320 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
