The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 348 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and specific allegation is attributed to him rather the specific allegation is attributed to co-accused Anil Mahto. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12643 of 2019(4) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 348 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
