ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 20-06-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this Court vide order dated 14.07.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1121 of 2016, has directed the petitioner to take out notice on Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and file the requisites within two weeks. Counsel has stated that due to inadvertence the petitioner could not file the requisites within the stipulated time as a result of which C.W.J.C. No. 1121 of 2016 stood dismissed.

2. Having regard to the same the delay is condoned.

3. Counsel for the petitioner seeks further two weeks

Patna High Court MJC No.704 of 2025(4) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 time to file the requisites.

4. Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the M.J.C. No. 704 of 2024, it is allowed.

5. The petitioner is directed to file the requisites within a period of two weeks for issuance of notice to Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 failing which the Writ Petition (C.W.J.C. No. 1121 of 2016) shall stand dismissed without any further reference to the Bench.

6. C.W.J.C. No. 1121 of 2016 is restored to its original file.

7. Post C.W.J.C. No. 1121 of 2016 on 11th August, 2025.
