ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent, the name of petitioner no. 3, namely, Shri Kanti Devi has not been mentioned in the order dated 23.06.2016. Let the name of petitioner no. 3, namely, Shri Kanti Devi be included in the name of petitioners, who have been directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks vide order dated 23.06.2016.

The time for surrender of petitioner no. 3 namely, Shri Kanti Devi is extended by another four weeks. The order dated 23.06.2016 is modified to the above extent.
