The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kudra P.S.Case No. 54 of 2017 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of offering diesel at cheaper rate to the informant and duping him of Rs. 60,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and the allegation is against unknown person. No T.I. parade has been held. The petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 31.03.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
