The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.176 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324,325,307,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while there was an altercation and there is no injury caused to any person amongst the parties.
Taking into consideration that no case under Section 307 is said to be made out, without commenting into the merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of their arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail,
