The Petitioner seeks bail in Rohtas (Amjhor), P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(a) (b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since, 28.04.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent.
