The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 175 of 2016 (POCSO) arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 626 of 2015 registered for the offences under Section 365/34 IPC and Sections 4 and 8 of POCSO Act. Having regard to the nature of allegation and the materials available on the record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected. However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same in all respect within a period of six months from today.
