JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this modification petition is filed for modification in the name of father of petitioner no.11, Shekh Sajakat. Due to mistake of the petitioner, the father's name of petitioner no.11, Shekh Sajakat is typed as 'Latge Mohmad' but in fact the father's name of petitioner no.11 is 'Late Mahmood'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in father's name of petitioner no.11 in Cr. Misc. No.74639 of 2018.

Accordingly, in the order dated 20.12.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.74639 of 2018, the father's name of petitioner no.11 be corrected and read as 'Late Mahmood'. The modification petition stands disposed of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14617 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 accordingly.
