2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondents due consideration to the application dated 28.01.2025 and 29.01.2025thes by petitioners before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3679 of 2025(2) dt.18-03-2025 2/3 Respondents inter-allia stated that Respondents-authority are going to construct boundary wall by encroaching the land the petitioners without measurement of the land to Shiv Ganga Talaband proposed Park at village-Rangaon, P.S.-Tarapur, District-Munger, in pre -ence of the petitioners. (ii) For further issue direction to Respondent Anchaladhikari for considering the application dated 28.01.2025 and 29.01.2025 and enquire about the complain filed by the petitioners by alleging that in the Khatiyani land of the petitioners, Respondents are going to construct the boundary wall to land of Shiv Ganga Talab and proposed Park.

(iii) For further please to restrain to respondents to construct boundary wall over the khatiyani land of petitioners till the consideration of the application of the petitioners as well as till the final measurement of the land to Shiv Ganga Talab and proposed Park at village-Rangaon, P.S.-Tarapur, DistrictMunger in presence of petitioners. (iv) For further give and other legal consequential benefits of the petitioners.

3. The grievance of the petitioners is that they have filed application for measurement of their land which is still pending.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with observation that the applications filed by the petitioners for measurement of their lands shall be disposed of by the concerned authorities within a period of six months in accordance with law, if there is no any cogent reason for not doing so.
